• Conducting structured design stage gates (Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews) to ensure quality and feasibility at every step.

• I take pride in leading new product introductions (NPI), managing the transition from concept to production, and ensuring that each product is ready for scale.

• Using tools like Onshape, I create BOMs (Bills of Materials), draft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and map out process layouts to ensure streamlined workflows and production readiness.
